Please refrain from commenting on shares, providing your own experience after each share, cross talking, or giving advise after each share. Chair leads in the Serenity Prayer
Chair: This is a beginner’s meeting and here at Sunshine, and we ask for those with under one year of sobriety if you would like to do service to volunteer for the readings at this meeting. Can I have a volunteer with under a year of sobriety, to read the Secretary's Report for us this morning?
Next, we need a beginner to read How it Works - Ask for a Volunteer
· Chairperson picks a reading revolving around the first three steps and notifies the Host of the meeting before the meeting starts. Host puts it on the screen.
The chair can read the reading, or they can ask the beginners to participate in the reading. (be mindful that the reading is not too long)
Then the Chair can suggest a focus point, or start the meeting with a lead from the reading and open the meeting up to Beginners.
After the beginners share, open the meeting to the group.
At end of Shares: We reached the 55-minute mark. Can I get a volunteer to do the chips?
(Host will share their screen with chips and the volunteer will go through the chips including anniversary’s.

*** If Anniversary Celebration:
Chairperson - Today is our Anniversary meeting and I would like to now turn it over to our Secretary, Andrea, who will introduce the celebrants.
Secretary will commence with the giving out of medallions. Once all celebrants have received their medallions, and shared a little of their story, the Secretary turns the meeting back over to the Chairperson.
If there are many celebrants there may not be time for a speaker so the Chair can choose someone attending the meeting to read the Daily Reflection, and share three minutes and open it up to the room, for three minute shares.
*** Chair Guidelines for the Speaker Meeting (not the anniversary meeting)
Chairperson will introduce their speaker and explain the format of the meeting. The speaker will read the Daily Reflection first, and then share their experience, strength and hope of what it was like, what happened and what it is like now.
